Placing an Order Online

How can I place an order?
You can easily add products to your cart on our website, reach out to us via Facebook, or message us on WhatsApp. Simply provide your name, phone number, and delivery address, and one of our customer care representatives will confirm your order.

Can I modify my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we may be able to adjust it. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate any changes.

How can I pay for my order?
We only offer Cash on Delivery (COD) option.

How can I sample a new fragrance before buying online?
Every order from our apparel section includes one complimentary tester, allowing you to try a new fragrance.

Currently, we only deliver within Pakistan.

We offer free shipping nationwide.

You can track your order using the tracking ID provided in the shipping confirmation message.

When will my order be delivered?
Delivery timeframes are as follows:

  • Lahore: 2-3 working days
  • Outside Lahore: 3-5 working days
